Eligibility window

• Unopened/unused items: returnable within 30 days of delivery.
• Defective items: covered by our 30-day defect guarantee.

Non-returnable items

• Opened/used items; broken seals.
• Lubricants, oils, cleaners, condoms, cosmetics, batteries (once opened).
• Lingerie tried on or missing liners/tags.
• Clearance/Final Sale items.
• Gift cards.

Defective items (30-day guarantee)

1. Email info@loveitwet.com with order #, description, and photos/video.
2. We’ll troubleshoot and replace; if unavailable, store credit or refund.
3. We may not require a return; if we do, we’ll supply instructions and a prepaid label.

How to start a return (unopened items)

1. Email us with your order # and the items to return.
2. If eligible, we issue an RMA and instructions.
3. Ship back within 14 days, unopened and in original packaging.
4. Refunds to the original payment method for the merchandise price. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless our error).

Wrong or missing item

Report within 7 days with photos of the packing slip and contents and we’ll correct it promptly.

Exchanges

Place a new order and process the eligible item as a return.

Refused/undeliverable packages

Reship (additional postage) or refund the merchandise minus outbound/return shipping once received and inspected.

Restocking fees

None on approved, unopened returns.

Refund timing

Typically 3–10 business days after we process the return.
